Schedule
Sunday School Months:
1. Members offering to help with Coffee Hour are asked to bring enough
pastries to serve 35 people.
2. Coffee and pastries are served by volunteers in the Coffee House in
Fellowship Hall on the lower level during the Sunday School Hour.
During Summer Months:
1. Start making coffee about 9:30 a.m. in the Chapel Kitchen.
2. Everything should be ready to go by 10 a.m. During the summer
months, set up in either Narthex or outdoors.
Table
1. Use the table in the Chapel Kitchen.
2. You may use a seasonal vinyl tablecloth from cabinet next to the
refrigerator.
3. You may wish to add your own decorations or centerpiece.
4. Napkins, (or bring your own) spoons, creamer & sugar are in the
cabinets.
5. Cups for coffee and juice are in the cabinets.
6. Put tall waste can next to the table. (After Coffee Hour
empty waste can into the garbage can in the Chapel Kitchen.)
Refreshments
1. Purchase items such as pastries, cookies, nut breads, etc;.
2. Coffee Grounds are stored in refrigerator
3. Make at least 3 pots of coffee (see Coffee Recipe by Bunn Maker)
4. Start Coffee about 9:30a.m.
5. Put juice/lemonade into glass pitcher.
Clean Up
1. 10:30 a.m. carry table back into kitchen and wash up items used.
2. Put tablecloth away.
3. Put leftover cups back in cabinets.
4. Empty waste can into garbage can in Chapel Kitchen.
5. Put Coffee Grounds in refrigerator.
6. Put pitcher, sugar & creamer and napkins in cabinet.
7. Turn off Coffee Maker.
